We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited about AI and thinks like a product owner. Someone who is scrappy, opinionated, and energized by building from zero to one in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will own features end-to-end, from the first design conversation to production. You'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders, and help keep our systems reliable as we scale.
You should have:
- 2-3+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
- Strong user mindset and problem solving skills, with a track record of carrying out innovative solutions in fast-paced, impact oriented environments.
- A hands-on, daily relationship with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
- Demonstrates a strong bias for action and deep intellectual curiosity, proactively exploring emerging technologies and unfamiliar domains.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, seeking clarity whenever needed.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on.
- Must be local and available to work in-office, 5 days per week in our Lehi, UT HQ.
