PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant - Acute Care

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Calhoun, GA. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities.

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist Assistant

• Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy assistant program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

• Pay Range: $40 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)

Schedule Requirements

• 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday
