Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The salary range is USD 23-28 per hour. We offer flexible hours, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data and submit session notes.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
- Commute to locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
- Effective English communication, verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
- Valid state identification card.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass a criminal background check.
