Internship Project Manager - Team Rottensteiner

We are seeking a highly motivated Internship Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Salzburg, Austria for a period of 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

As an Internship Project Manager, you will support the team in planning and coordinating creative campaigns and production projects across the world of Red Bull. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project plans, tracking tasks and deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders across different teams and markets
• Collaborating closely with international teams, local markets, and external production partners to ensure smooth alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project timelines, milestones, and workflows to keep projects on track
• Assisting with the coordination of campaign adaptations, master animations, and Brand Kiss workflows while maintaining transparency on project progress and key deliverables

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Have excellent English skills; German is a plus
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills
• Be structured, reliable, and detail-oriented in your work
• Have an interest in project management as well as marketing and production processes
• Be familiar with planning or project management tools
• Be a team player with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude

Travel requirements: 0-10%

The minimum salary for this position is €2,221.00 gross per month.
