National Account Manager - Petrol & Convenience

We are seeking a National Account Manager - Petrol & Convenience to join our team in Sydney. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving volume growth, market share, and profitability across key accounts in the Petrol & Convenience sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG account management, with a proven track record of negotiation and partnership-building skills. You will be expected to develop and execute national promotional programs, deliver promotional activity in line with business plan targets, and manage trade investment in line with approved budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing national promotional programs across key accounts
• Delivering promotional activity in line with Impulse channel objectives and annual business plan targets
• Managing account forecasts and contributing to the S&OP process to ensure accurate demand planning
• Driving distribution growth by delivering range targets and maximising product availability across key accounts and states
• Increasing brand visibility through the achievement of ambient and chilled space targets across the portfolio

Requirements:

• 5+ years of FMCG account management experience in Petrol & Convenience
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships and deliver win-win outcomes
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Sound understanding of category management, sales, marketing, and financial principles
• Strong planning, organisational, and project management capabilities
