Description
We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Circle Rehabilitation in Birmingham. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area. You will use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice. Additionally, you will provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
The successful applicant will have:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Extensive post-registration experience, including complex caseload management and a defined clinical specialty
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and organisational skills
- Evidence of audit, service development, or quality improvement contributions
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team working ability
