Executive Communications Manager

Figma is looking for an executive communications manager to shape its story and help executives communicate effectively. The successful candidate will partner with leaders to develop clear, compelling points of view and build platforms that showcase Figma's vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Building narrative frameworks for executives to tell Figma's story
• Collaborating with the comms team on media strategy and messaging
• Working with executives to refine their ideas and points of view
• Developing a system for consistent and differentiated executive storytelling
• Measuring impact and driving a culture of experimentation

Requirements:

• Extensive experience crafting narratives for senior executives
• Track record of writing for C-suite executives with strong opinions and high standards
• Executive presence and ability to influence people who don't report to you
• Media relations experience and sound judgment on press, messaging, and reputation

Preferred qualifications:

• Journalism or editorial background
• Experience in tech, creative pursuits, or product design and development
• Strong business literacy and ability to translate complex topics for a broader audience

Figma offers a competitive package of benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, parental leave, and paid time off. The annual base salary range is $153,000-$269,000 USD.
