(Senior) Manager SAP SuccessFactors

As a (Senior) Manager SAP SuccessFactors, you play a key role in advancing MHP's projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Your tasks include:

• Leading design sessions with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and providing guidance on solution best practices
• Implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, and guiding client testing sessions
• Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/process documentation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation
• Helping shape the practice while developing clients' service portfolios

Requirements:

• A completed degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting
• Familiarity with best-practice solutions and methodologies
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP SuccessFactors Certification (ideally EC/REC/ONB)
• Confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams
• Fluent in English and German at least B2
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
