As a Senior Medical Governance and Operations Analyst at GSK in Brazil, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Medical Affairs processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the alignment, analysis, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the medical area, transforming data into clear and reliable information for decision-making and strategic direction;
- Provide operational support to the field team, including MSLs and MSL Leads;
- Identify opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement, contributing to processes;
- Participate in strategic projects and transformation initiatives in the medical area;
- Support Medical Governance activities, including monitoring processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance and adherence to corporate standards;
- Develop analyses and present results and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Engineering, or Administration;
- Experience in operations, governance, project management, performance, or related areas;
- Ability to analyze data and performance indicators, generating insights to support decision-making;
- Experience in conducting projects and/or process improvement initiatives, with autonomy and interface with different stakeholders;
- Organizational, prioritization, and simultaneous management skills for multiple demands, with good communication and presentation skills for different audiences;
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for interaction with regional and global teams.
