Description
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Hybrid Cloud team. As an SDET, you will play a critical role in designing, executing, automating, and deploying long-running test cases for our cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Support, and Platform Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, automate, and deploy long-running test cases and report results
- Utilize AI for complete SDLC and leverage AI tools and generative platforms to streamline daily workflows
- Provide guidance to functional QA teams and manage relationships with other QA partners
- Review and evaluate designs to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk
- Own the automation strategy and guide the team to build automation libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Support, and Platform Engineering
Requirements:
- Knowledge of complete SDLC and experience in software testing methodology, tools, and test strategy
- Strong automation background and experience with AI platforms
- Proven ability to integrate AI platforms into operational workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with cloud and on-prem environments
- Scale and load frameworks, performance testing, and resiliency testing experience
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or Go
- Experience with Selenium, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Microservices, Containerization, and Kubernetes
