Legal Operations Specialist

Palantir’s in-house Legal team works to proactively address legal issues and enable the growth of our business so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests, providing guidance where appropriate and coordinating with the right Legal stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency
• Support execution of legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and other operational follow-through
• Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team, ensuring items are appropriately prioritized, routed, tracked, and resolved
• Scale the operations, systems, and ongoing innovation of the Legal team in partnership with existing Legal Operations leaders and teammates
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members, leaders, and business counterparts to spend time on what they do best

What We Require

• 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment
• Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software
• Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $110,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
