Assistant Vice President - Global Client Development

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the AlgoTrade team under Global Client Development (GCD) within the Markets Division.

The successful candidate will drive HKEX's client development efforts with Proprietary Trading Firms, Market Makers, Hedge Funds, and Quants Funds.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing targeted sales plans and revenue-generating initiatives across North Asia
• Focusing on Cash equity market coverage, including Single Stock and Equity Index Derivatives and Exchange Traded Products
• Supporting other business initiatives, such as Market Data and Hosting services ecosystem
• Understanding market structure and client business challenges to identify solutions
• Acting as a subject matter expert for assigned projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of front-office business experience with Asian and Global clients
• Experience in Equities, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives and supporting sales and distribution efforts
• Strong skills in managing and developing project management and client engagement processes
