We are seeking a 理赔管理培训生 (Claims Management Trainee) to join our team in Shanghai.

Job Summary: As a Claims Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving insurance claims. You will work closely with our claims team to ensure efficient and effective claims handling, while also providing support to our customers and agents.

Responsibilities:

• Review and decide on claims cases within authorised limits, including assessing liability, calculating amounts, and operating systems
• Handle complex cases, such as major medical or death investigations, and suspicious fraud cases
• Ensure quality and timeliness of claims handling, adhering to SLA standards
• Provide medical expertise and support for claims investigation
• Conduct training sessions for agents and partners on claims procedures and regulations
• Analyse data and identify trends to improve claims handling processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to rotate across departments and locations
