Senior Specialist, Site Security

Ford Motor Company of Canada and Global Security and Fire are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Specialist, Site Security to oversee physical security and fire operations across two of our key Windsor-area manufacturing facilities: Essex Engine and Windsor Engine Plant.

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of security personnel across the Essex Engine Plant and Windsor Engine Plant, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve site security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans consistent with corporate global security standards and Canadian regulatory requirements.
• Oversee fire and emergency response operations at both locations to support National Fire Protection Association standards and local fire code requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Ensure compliance and drive improvements across all Global Security and Fire Security Standard Operating Guidelines and related work bulletins.
• Manage contracted security guard services and security budgets, vendor contracts, and the procurement of equipment and services for both facilities.
• Provide around-the-clock escalation support for critical incidents.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $87,000.00 - $137,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
