AIA Digital+ is a Technology, Digital and Analytics innovation hub dedicated to powering AIA to be more efficient, connected and innovative as it fulfils its Purpose to help millions of people across Asia-Pacific live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
As a Principal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing AIA's relationship with outsourcing vendors and ensuring that the outsourcing vendor's performance meets AIA's requirements. This includes:
- Evaluating and implementing outsourcing options that align to the desired systems, processes and services of AIA
- Developing and administering contracts with outsourcing services in coordination with procurement and legal functions
- Analysing and reporting on outsourcing vendor performance
- Developing outsourcing policies, standards and procedures for a particular function or across functions
