Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a Temporary Employee in our People Experience & Workplaces department, you will be responsible for supporting the local implementation of EA health and safety policies and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training programs to ensure preparedness and compliance
• Maintain Colombia health and safety communications
• Collaborate across teams to integrate governance and risk management into local site operations
• Anticipate and adapt health and safety programs to changes in the internal and external environment
• Support SG-SST execution and documentation
• Present safety indicators and compliance updates to local and regional partners
• Manage health and safety services for the Bogota studio
• Deliver local health & safety programs with operational support and oversight
• Maintain safety-related documentation
• Provide subject matter expertise for site-specific safety meetings and risk assessments

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in Health & Safety, SG-SST, organisational governance, or a related field
• Experience managing health and safety in a corporate office or studio environment
• Knowledge of Colombian SG-SST requirements
• Experience delivering training and guidance to diverse partners
• Project management and documentation skills
• Valid Colombian SST License and 50-hour SG-SST certification required
• Advanced English proficiency required
