Description

The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives that align with sales priorities and accelerate pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Partnership with Sales: Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to support quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
Integrated Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances teams to deliver multi-channel programs.
Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage impactful regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate deal cycles.
Performance & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
Sales Enablement & Communication: Maintain strong alignment with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops.
Marketing Operations: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute successful events independently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing.
Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions.
Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and French preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
