About the Role

As a Deputy Manager - Business Finance, you'll work with a team of 50+ professionals in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management, and Taxation. You'll provide financial support to enable effective planning, analyze complex data, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Business Planning, Measurement, and Control

• Provide financial support for planning and apply budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Manage planning ambiguities and provide advice on modelling, planning, and forecasting.

Financial Modeling, Analysis, and Problem Root Causing

• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and risks.
• Build financial models and operate with oversight and leverage on the team.
• Prepare technical adjustments to budgets based on requirements and root cause analysis.

Business & Stakeholder Management and Decision Making

• Coordinate with stakeholders, address queries, and provide clarifications.
• Articulate data, information, and insights in a constructive manner.

Requirements

• Qualified CAs with 1.5-3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing needs.
• Business and stakeholder communication skills.
