Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Swindon Orbital Retail Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
Work Pattern:
- Wednesday 16:00-20:00
- Thursday 16:00-20:00
- Friday 16:00-20:00
- Saturday 12:00-16:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
