Chip Design Manager

We are looking for a Chip Design Manager to join our Switch Silicon team at NVIDIA's Networking Business Unit. As a Chip Design Manager, you'll lead the implementation of the next generation of state-of-the-art Switch Silicon chips, making a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company while developing high-speed communication devices with the highest throughput and lowest latency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of design and verification engineers that develops core units within the Switch Silicon.
• Handle micro-architecture for RTL and simulation environment planning for units and modules.
• Be responsible for the delivery of complex RTL units and their verification.
• Work closely with multiple teams within the organization, such as Architecture, Full Chip, Micro-Architecture, BE, and FW.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in chip design.
• 8+ overall years of industry experience in RTL design, dynamic verification, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of chip design flows and verification methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
