Regional On Premise Manager with Distribution Partner

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager to lead our On Premise channel sales volume and brand development in Thailand.

As a Regional On Premise Manager with our Distribution Partner Siam Winery Trading Plus Co., LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume and live the Red Bull OP Culture, being a role model for the team and On Premise network
• Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team, leading and coaching direct reports to increase productivity and engagement
• Develop and implement regional On Trade channel business plans tailored to meet ambitious company goals
• Manage and optimize available team resources, such as budget and POS material effectively
• Carry out ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs, and reporting tool database with an insight into action mentality

Requirements:

• 3+ years sales experience with a strong track record of success
• 2+ years proven experience as a people manager (in a Beverage/FMCG business is a plus)
• Strong On trade industry knowledge and established contacts in the hospitality and event scene
• Open, extroverted, and not afraid to approach people
• Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
• Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen
• Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment
• Proficient in IOS, MS Office, and SAP
• Full and clean driver's license
• Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
• Fluent English
• Travel 40-50%
