Description
We are seeking a part-time Grocery Shift Lead to join our Wolt Market team in Solna. As a Shift Lead, you will ensure efficient operations, solve issues, monitor workload, and participate in developing store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operations and be the go-to person when the Store Manager isn't present
- Solve issues that require team assistance
- Monitor and manage workload, efficiency, and admin duties
- Collect and forward feedback
- Participate proactively in developing store operations
Requirements:
- Experience in grocery stores or retail, ideally as a shift lead
- Proactive, service-minded, fast learner, and able to multitask
- Ability to work at least 30 hours flexibly in all shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends
- Fluent in English
