Description
Spire Alexandra Hospital in Chatham is seeking an experienced Scrub Practitioner (ODP or Registered Nurse) with strong orthopaedic theatre experience to join our welcoming and supportive theatre team on a bank basis.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality scrub support across a range of consultant-led procedures, assist with orthopaedic, cosmetic, gynaecology, and ENT surgeries, assess and monitor patients throughout their perioperative journey, deliver safe and effective patient care, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC) with current registration and no restrictions, previous experience working within a theatre or surgical environment, strong orthopaedic scrub experience, and confidence supporting Total Hip Replacement (THR) and Total Knee Replacement (TKR) procedures.
