• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission
• Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll and time off approvals, and employee scheduling
• Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment
• Meet operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and patient care standards
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans
• Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
