Physical Therapist - Acute Care

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions, a leading provider of rehabilitation therapy services in partnership with Advent Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based care to patients, establish timely treatment plans, and build relationships with hospital staff.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
