Junior Production Planner

We are seeking a Junior Production Planner to join our team at the Adler Evo Srl plant in Desio, Italy.

As a Junior Production Planner, you will have the opportunity to develop skills in production planning, collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient resource utilisation and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the verification of client requests and monitoring of production programmes
• Collaborate on daily production planning and mould changes, considering available resources
• Monitor production progress and support analysis of any deviations from the programme
• Work with department heads and Customer Service to manage production priorities
• Assist with managing production orders and product identification labels
• Contribute to monitoring finished and semi-finished product stocks
• Support preparation of the weekly production plan and updates based on production needs
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to manage variations and production needs
• Assist in calculating labour requirements for production programmes

Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in management engineering, industrial engineering, or technical disciplines, or technical diploma
• Interest in production and planning
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Excellent knowledge of Italian – essential
• Good knowledge of English
• Precision, proactivity, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in using enterprise management systems (SAP, Sysauto)
