Security Officer

We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team at Crowngate Shopping Centre in Worcester. As the public face of the Security Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of visitors and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with visitors and tenants, delivering first-class customer-focused service
• Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, being proactive and looking for opportunities to assist visitors
• Safeguard the site, ensuring a safe and non-threatening environment for all
• Manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures
• Liaise with the site control room and colleagues to respond to incidents
• Record and log non-conformances and emergencies
• Deal efficiently and effectively with emergencies
• Monitor and surveillance of suspect individuals
• Maintain vigilance and manage unauthorised access
• Adhere to radio procedures and notebook policies
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required

• Respect for all staff and visitors
• SIA and CCTV license essential
