Cost Analysis Supervisor

We are seeking a Cost Analysis Supervisor to join our manufacturing finance team in Louisville, Kentucky. The successful candidate will provide critical oversight for the cost structure and internal control environment of our plant. The role involves collaborating with the plant management team, operational partners, and the central Manufacturing Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations to develop cost-saving action plans focusing on eliminating waste
• Communicate operational data and trend analysis to drive improvement in key performance metrics
• Organize cost strategies and track progress through objective setting and actuals reporting
• Oversee reports produced by finance analysts, including daily and weekly cost packages
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, implementing quick resolutions when needed
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct business case analysis to identify optimal cost opportunities
• Oversee plant budget and monthly forecasts, assessing financial impacts of changing inputs
• Supervise a team of Analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with AI tools, analytics, and systems such as SAP, PowerApps, Python, Qlik Sense, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and large language models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions

Salary: $115,500 - $218,100 per year
