Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Portfield Retail Park, Chichester. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers
Requirements:
- Passion for M&S Food products and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work flexibly
- Digital confidence and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 08:00-12:00
- Monday: 08:00-12:00
- Tuesday: 08:00-12:00
- Wednesday: 08:00-12:00
- Saturday: 08:00-12:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
