Description

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join the Ford Customer Service Team in Szentendre.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty hotline – dealer/Importer warranty request handling, supporting claim submission, liaising with the assessors.
  • Handle and manage prior approval requests (PAR); cooperate with Technical Hotline in case of escalation.
  • Prepare and present warranty training about processing, claim submission, correction, and tracking.
  • Update warranty manual and warranty policy procedures.
  • Determine parts import cost in EDM and warranty labor revision in cooperation with European Warranty Office (EWO).
  • Cooperate with the Warranty Audit department if needed.
  • Monitor dealer’s warranty performance, claim submission, and claim types.
  • Generate reports, e.g., FSA performance, repair type, etc.

Qualifications

  • University or College Degree, preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • Technical knowledge and automotive experience.
  • Active driving license for category B.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a technical field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are welcome.
  • Good communication skills, proactive personality, and ability to work individually.
  • PC skills.
