Description
We are seeking an experienced Projekteringsledare (Design Manager) to join our team in Stockholm. As a Projekteringsledare, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and following up on the design process in our clients' projects. You will work closely with our clients and have an important role in leading our assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and follow up on the design process in projects
- Create structure and momentum through different parts of the project
- Ensure that requirements, goals, schedules, and quality are followed up
- Lead design meetings and coordinate dialogue between clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Identify and handle issues, boundaries, and create good conditions for informed decisions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in design management within construction or real estate development
- Good knowledge of relevant building legislation and familiarity with ABK
- Fluent in Swedish
Nice to have:
- Experience with AB and ABT
- Experience in following projects from early stages to implementation
