Community & Culture Program Manager

The Community & Culture Program Manager role exists within Airbnb's Diversity & Belonging team. The successful candidate will support employees across global regions, activating belonging through various programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary D&B execution lead on Product Inclusion pilots
• Support the Executive Sponsor Community execution layer
• Lead the Community Service program relaunch
• Own platform requirements and move from platform maintenance to community health intelligence
• Build the belonging measurement infrastructure
• Develop and integrate Passions into the Airfinity and Service ecosystem
• Represent D&B vision and strategic priorities in cross-functional conversations
• Ensure every program and platform initiative delivers a documented blueprint

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of community, employee experience, or D&B work and business outcomes
• Relationship intelligence and global fluency
• Systems orientation and data fluency
• Technical fluency and executive presence
• Genuine commitment to equity and belonging
