Praktikum/Werkstudent Account Management Bayern & Austria (w/m/d)

We are looking for an internship/account management student to join our team in Munich, Germany. As part of our sales and account management team, you will support our account managers in optimising listings and handling post-booking queries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting account managers in optimising listings and answering post-booking questions
• Focusing on targeted campaigns to improve performance for our landlords
• Growing into a contact person for our landlords outside our focus regions

Requirements:

• Studying or about to graduate in tourism, business, political science, social sciences, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent work style, good time management, and self-responsibility
• Positive attitude towards new challenges and empathetic personality
• Near-native German and fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
