Housekeeping Supervisor - Courtyard Tysons Corner

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team at Courtyard Tysons Corner. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Lobby Attendants, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Lead the housekeeping team, assign and inspect housekeeping actions, respond to guest concerns, and focus on service recovery.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections, maintain standards, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Associate Management and Development: Direct staff performance, motivate staff, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Self/Workload Management: Attend meetings, advise on changes, and assist with housekeeping initiatives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, good communication skills, leadership ability, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
