Senior Strategic Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team in Munich, Germany. The successful candidate will report to the Director Operations and be responsible for cost optimisation, supplier management, and ensuring efficient procurement processes for goods and services across Red Bull Deutschland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and initiatives in alignment with global procurement policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and procurement strategies
• Analyse spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Manage and develop a high-performing procurement team
• Ensure compliance with global and local regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fluency in English and German
• Proven experience in strategic procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in project and process management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• SAP experience is desirable
