Working as an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) expert at Target means being part of a team that ensures products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
As an Inbound Expert, you will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues.
Your typical day will include:
- Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation
- Stocking, organizing, and storing reserve products
- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor
- Operating powered equipment as necessary
- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
