Marketing Communications Manager

We're seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. Your goal will be to formulate customer-centric and compelling customer-facing and distribution-facing proposition activation initiatives to drive business growth and competitive market position across Health & Wellness and Life & Wealth Management Propositions in AIAHK & Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive proposition activation initiatives for all product categories across Individual Life and Employee Benefits businesses
• Understand product roadmaps and proposition strategies to formulate competitive and sustainable product communication strategies
• Create customer-centric proposition activation initiatives, including product brochures and proposition materials
• Build and drive insight-based sales enablement tools and activation materials for key products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Life & Wealth Management, and Health & Wellness Proposition
• Manage budgets and track expenses according to company guidelines
• Engage with external vendors to manage the end-to-end development process from concept to deployment

Requirements:

• University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
• 10 years of solid experience in marketing communications or product marketing
• 2-4 years of team leadership experience
• Possess basic product knowledge, with experience in the financial industry, especially insurance, being an advantage
• Strong language skills in written English and Chinese
• Strong people and communication skills to all levels of internal and external stakeholders
