Associate Workplace Manager

As an Associate Workplace Manager, you will assist in developing and managing the operations of a world-class facilities program at our Arsenal-1 factory in Ashville, Ohio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring employee needs are met through cross-functional coordination
• Resolving complex office-related challenges and implementing solutions that align with organizational objectives and budget parameters
• Executing and delivering workplace-related projects, such as office moves and furniture deployments
• Enhancing vendor relationships for office-related services
• Cultivating culture through support and setup of localized onboarding experiences, internal team events, and external business events
• Maintaining office supply and equipment management programs
• Developing and delivering clear communication to employees and the Workplace team about workplace updates, changes, and improvements

Requirements:

• 1 year of related experience supporting office, facility, or workplace operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work through moderately complex or routine challenges
• Sound judgment and strong communication skills
• High ownership and low ego, with a strong outcome orientation and high humility
• Independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight
• Strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience supporting startup or aerospace environments
• Experience working at a fast-paced tech company or rapidly growing manufacturer
• Experience managing day-to-day operations and projects

We offer a salary range of $74,000-$99,000 USD, highly competitive equity grants, and top-tier benefits.
