Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the execution and operational workflows of multi-channel customer relationship management initiatives, focusing on email and push notification marketing.

This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to build, test, and deploy campaigns within the Braze platform to enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy one-time, triggered, and automated campaigns, including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and design and execute A/B tests.
• Set up and maintain user journeys in Braze Canvas, configuring segments, filters, and behavioral triggers.
• Leverage Liquid Logic and Connected Content in Braze to create highly personalized dynamic content.
• Conduct quality assurance on campaign setups, including link validation and segmentation accuracy.
• Manage a campaign calendar, monitor campaign KPIs, and build reporting with insights.
• Oversee day-to-day monitoring and management of data interfaces between Braze and other marketing platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email/push CRM or lifecycle marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, specifically building campaigns, Canvas, and segmentation.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other martech tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, data errors, and user segmentation issues.
• Knowledge of email/push best practices.

Pay Range: $31.25-$33.65 USD
