Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays from 17:00 to 21:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver five-star customer service at pace
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products
- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience
