The Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC role involves working closely with production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content. The ideal candidate will have strategic knowledge, creative instinct, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Translate real-world football events into live content ideas
• Develop live content plans and strategies
• Work directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content
• Collaborate with quality verification team to ensure content meets quality standards
• Work with other producers to meet deadlines and targets
• Become an expert on the game and community
• Establish and improve processes for the Content Production team

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience working on a live service product
• High attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Good eye for game quality and user experience
• Familiarity with football and game production tools
• Experience working with remote teams and project management software
• Understanding of core mechanics of Ultimate Team and other game modes
• Ability to think outside the box and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of in-game economy management and power curve balancing
