Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the performance of our Formula One cars.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and test software applications using various programming languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Analyse data to inform design decisions and optimize system performance
• Work with senior engineers to develop and implement new technologies

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
