Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Toms River. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, focusing on supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage. You will work closely with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and adherence to executional standards
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to drive sales growth
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans effectively
• Communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Assist with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus

Salary

• The base salary range for this position is $19.95 to $22.05 per hour; actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
