Director of Solutions Marketing

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead the Solutions Marketing team in positioning Fin to win in the market through compelling messaging, content, audience understanding, and field activation.

The Solutions Marketing team focuses on the product as a whole and how to best message it to various audience segments, then activates revenue teams with that knowledge and content.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with product marketing teams and executives on company messaging and articulating differentiators to various audiences
• Understanding buyer concerns in prioritized industries and tailoring messaging and content accordingly
• Positioning Fin for enterprise audiences and supporting enterprise and account-based marketing campaigns and sales cycles
• Building and managing a customer intelligence program to prepare the field for competitive deals
• Collaborating with Product Marketing and Enablement teams to equip the field with necessary knowledge to succeed
• Supporting demand generation campaigns and sales plays with strategy, messaging, and content

Requirements:

• 8+ years in product marketing or solutions marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• 4+ years as a manager leading product or solution marketers
• Experience in B2B SaaS and ideally AI-native or AI-centric companies
• Track record of success in previous organizations

• Excellent written communication skills and strong editorial judgment
• Product-forward approach to marketing
• AI-forward in work and interests
• Comfortable working with AI tools like Claude Cowork and Claude Code
