Description
We are seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Warden to join our proactive Safer Streets Team, focusing on community safety and tackling anti-social behaviour.
As a Senior Neighbourhood Warden, you will supervise a team of Neighbourhood Wardens, delivering a professional, customer-focused service to residents, businesses, and visitors. Your goal will be to reduce anti-social behaviour, improve community safety, and build positive relationships through engagement, problem-solving, and enforcement where necessary.
You will be responsible for using enforcement powers appropriately and proportionately, including issuing warnings, notices, and fixed penalties. You will make informed decisions on enforcement or engagement responses based on risk, vulnerability, and evidence.
The salary for this role is £43,449 - £46,161 per annum, inclusive of a Weekend Allowance of £5,507 and a Shift Enhancement of £3,429.00.
