Deployment Strategist - LATAM

As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work with a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers, and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents against challenging customer problems.

Your mission is to understand the most important customer problems, existing workflows, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases to structuring commercial terms and driving them to close.
• Act as a trusted partner with strategic customers, spending time onsite and owning delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.
• Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present work results and proposals to various audiences.
• Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex projects.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and industries.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.
• Multi-lingual: Mandarin/English
