As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. You'll use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples. Working closely with your team, you'll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming store environment
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing personalised recommendations
- Delivering exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge
- Assisting in hosting in-store events
- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor
- Supporting sales targets by promoting products creatively
- Managing stock levels efficiently
- Participating in ongoing training and development
