Workplace Specialist

As a Workplace Specialist at Ubisoft, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the studio operates seamlessly and maintains a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

You'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring facilities are optimised to support the studio's needs
• Coordinating events and overseeing health and safety practices
• Managing physical operations and repairs
• Replenishing vending and coffee machines

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in a workplace/facilities office/coordinator role
• Understanding of general office health and safety practices, facilities management, and event coordination
• Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Exposure to health and safety practices such as housekeeping checks, fire marshalling, or first aid
