Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Zug in Rotkreuz. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, from scheduling appointments to vehicle return. Your tasks will include:

• Managing customer relationships from appointment scheduling to vehicle return
• Handling dialogues with customers, including express and walk-in services
• Planning and coordinating work orders between the workshop and customers
• Preparing cost estimates
• Ensuring smooth repair order processing
• Compiling and explaining transparent customer invoices

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician and further education as a customer service advisor
• Several years of experience in the premium automobile sector (desirable)
• Very good knowledge of Porsche vehicles (desirable)
• Excellent German and English language skills, with French language skills being an advantage
• Strong team and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products
