Intern - Operations/Retail

We are seeking an intern to join our Operations/Retail team from February 2027 to August 2027. The hourly range for this role is $19/hr-$21/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general project tasks and resource allocation
• Maintain data via SAP and create Excel presentations
• Develop process improvements and analyze projects
• Assist in ongoing process workflows in Operations/Logistics
• Provide tactical support to achieve organizational objectives
• Support Corporate Retail stores and prepare meeting materials
• Create and analyze sales reports to monitor the business
• Ensure compliance and support marketing plan activities
• Coordinate retail activities with the German parent company
• Manage core assortment and weekly replenishment orders
• Collaborate with store managers and support the Head of Retail

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or junior/senior student in Business with a focus on Operations/Retail or a comparable field
• Previous internship or work experience preferred
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to solve complex problems and troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of German is a plus
